Decent Stay with Some Issues

I found the staff in the bar very cute and provided fast service. I REALLY appreciated the heated pool it was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. My room was clean the beds was comfy, I slept like a log.
I thought my shower was a hassle to regulate the temperature because part of the mixer tap was broken. The towels in the room smelled bad and had a dead fly in it. Some parts of the hotel look very old.

the staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. i found them efficient when addressing my queries
the room i was allocated was not well soundproofed i could clearly hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms it disrupted my sleep. the bathroom fittings looked old and require updates the shower pressure was inadequate.

i found the staff very helpful. The bar service was quick, and the restaurant offered tasty food. I liked the central location because everything was easy to reach.
the parking was some distance away. It was raining, and there was no luggage drop-off area due to parked cars. i ended up paying to park across the street.

I found the staff to be attentive. My room faced the river and had great views. The bed was comfortable and I had plenty of towels. The breakfast selection impressed, everything tasted fresh.
The hallways looked slightly worn. A fresh coat of paint could improve the ambiance.

check-in and check-out were efficient. i found parking was easily accessible. staff were so friendly and helpful. the location opposite the bus and train stations was convenient.
i noticed the shower temperature was inconsistent, and i had trouble adjusting it, it became too hot for me to use comfortably.

the leisure center was good with a variety of options.
The changing rooms by the pool lacked any privacy at all. There were no changing cubicles provided. It was quite cold too.
